特性与功能 Features and Functions
●防止工作机械因油温的变化而影响精度
●防止油质因高温劣化，保持油液粘度不变，使工作机械稳定工作
●油温控制以机体温度（室温）为依据，用户可根据机体温度设定油温，防止机械结构产生热变形
●独立式油冷却机具有完整的吸送油系统与独立的电器控制系统。只要连通油管，就可以与机床联机工作
●机组附有自动报警功能，可通过特定的方式及时提醒用户对装置进行检修，以免机件损坏
●Avoid changes of machining accuracy due to the changes of oil temperature
●Prevent oil quality from deterioraed due to high temperature, and keep its viscosity constantly, thus maintaing stable working performance of machinery
●Set up the oil temperture based on the ambient temperature to avoid thermal deformation
●Indepenent oil pumping and electric control systems so that any machine can be worked together with this equipment only by connecting them through pipes

特性与功能 Features and Functions
●制冷能力是在环境温度35℃，进油温度35℃，出油温度30℃，油品为ISO VG 32条件下测得
●用户在选择油冷机时，必须选择油液需控制的温度范围(1)18℃~25℃(2)25°℃~35℃ (3)35℃~45℃ (4)45℃以上,本公司推荐液压油合理的温度控制范围为32℃~40℃
●油冷机吸油口必须用硬管连接，且加装80~100过滤器
●油冷机的出口不能加装油过滤器
●油冷机吸油口的压力必须在-20Kpa~+30Kpa之间，吸油管道必须严格密封，否则将会引起噪声
●吸油管不应超过1.5米，尽可能减少管路压力损失，严禁使用球阀，如超出长度，必须加粗吸油管径
●油冷机吸油口应靠近设备回油口，出油口应靠近设备供油口
●如吸油口太长，需将油泵与机组分离
以上机组使用环境为5~42℃，42℃以上属高温机组，外形尺寸及相关参数会有所变更，请选型时注意
●参数表为本公司标准机型，本公司接受客户特殊订货

●Oil inlet of chiller should be connectted by hard pipes and filter is mounted
●The oil filter can’t be mounted at the outlet of oil cooler
●The pressure for oil inlet must be kept within -20Kpa +30Kpa. The sealing for oil suction pipe must be carried out strictly
●The length of oil suction pipe must be less than 1.5m. If not, please enlarge its pipe diameter. The ball valve can’t be mounted in the middle of oil suction pipe
●Chiller should be close to oil supply inlet of equipment and oil outlet of chiller shoud be close to oil supply inlet of equipment
●Oil pump should be seperated from unit assembly if the oil inlet too long.The chillers introduced above can be used within 5 42℃,if the chillers wordk above 42℃, the dimension and relative paramater will be changed, please pay more attention to the specification when making a choice
